1. Introduction

Welcome to DrawItGuessIt, an online multiplayer drawing game based in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our game, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

This game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under UK law. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Community Rules & Acceptable Use

To maintain a safe and enjoyable multiplayer environment, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, modding, or hacking of any kind.
• Only spelling the word you are supposed to be drawing instead of drawing it.
• Harassment, bullying, or targeting any member of the community.
• Use of offensive words, phrases, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
• Creating or submitting NSFW (Not Safe For Work) drawings.

Users must engage respectfully and responsibly when interacting with other players.

4. User Content & Monitoring

We have automated monitoring systems as well as human moderators, monitoring games based on user reports and our moderation systems.

By using the game, you acknowledge that your submitted content may be reviewed for moderation, safety, and rule enforcement purposes or in accordance with law enforcement.

5. Enforcement & Punishments

We reserve the right to administer punishments for rule violations at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:

• Temporary game bans
• Restriction of certain game mechanics or features
• Permanent account bans
• IP bans or device-based restrictions

Temporary accounts may be created; however, enforcement decisions may be based on device identifiers and IP addresses. We cannot comment on specific enforcement methodologies to prevent circumvention or bypassing of restrictions.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any activity conducted under your account may result in enforcement action if it violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or protection against unauthorised access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the game.

9. Intellectual Property & Licence

All intellectual property rights in and to DrawItGuessIt, including but not limited to the game software, source code, mechanics, gameplay systems, user interface (UI), visual design, layout, artwork, characters, animations, sounds, branding, trade dress, logos, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to us. These works are protected under the laws of England and Wales and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property legislation.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the game or its content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, create derivative works from, mirror, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the game without our prior written consent.

Any attempt to replicate, clone, imitate, or commercially exploit the game’s design, user interface, distinctive layout, mechanics, logo, branding, or overall look and feel constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Virtual Currency & Digital Goods

The game may include virtual currency, cosmetic items, upgrades, and other digital content ("Virtual Items") that may be purchased with real money.

Virtual currency and Virtual Items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are not legal tender or currency
• Cannot be exchanged for real money outside the game
• Are non-transferable and may not be resold
• Do not constitute personal property

When you purchase Virtual Items, you are purchasing a limited, revocable licence to use those items within the game. You do not acquire ownership rights in any digital content.

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items or virtual currency at any time as part of game updates or balancing decisions.

11. Refund Policy & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

Certain purchases provide immediate access to digital content. By completing a purchase for digital content that is made available instantly, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All sales of virtual currency and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• You have accessed or used the purchased digital content
• Your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms
• You are banned for cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or other misconduct

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently ban your account
• Revoke all associated Virtual Items and currency
• Apply IP-based or device-based restrictions
• Recover any fees, chargeback costs, or administrative expenses where permitted by law
• Dispute the chargeback with evidence of usage and agreement to these Terms

Abuse of the chargeback system may be treated as fraud and may be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities where appropriate.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
